Tiara Labuan Hotel

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (100 stars if it were possible!) The Tiara Labuan Hotel is truly a hidden gem on the island. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, all incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions about the area. Their hospitality made us feel at home right away. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, with a beautiful tropical garden and a charming koi pond, a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a relaxing spa, and a fully equipped gym, perfect for both leisure and wellness. The restaurant is excellent: breakfast was included and it was abundant, varied, and of great quality—an ideal way to start the day. In the evening, we enjoyed the indoor lounge, where the bartenders prepared fantastic cocktails. The bar is impressively stocked, especially with liquors and whiskeys, and the atmosphere is perfect for winding down. In short: impeccable staff, beautiful green surroundings, complete facilities, and high-quality dining. If we could give a rating, it would definitely be 100 stars out of 5 ✨✨✨. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Labuan.

What a lovely place to spend 3 nights in , our room was beautiful , very clean and comfortable . The hotel is really nice throughout and surrounded by a tropical garden . The food was very good , breakfast was a bit restricted for non- Muslim guests as it was Ramadan but we were well provided for . We enjoyed everything about this hotel and thought it was excellent value both for the accommodation and restaurants and bars where the prices were very reasonable for this standard of hotel . The hotel has a free shuttle to the town of Victoria , we also got the hotel to call a Grab car to go around the island a bit , these are very reasonably priced and almost wherever you go the staff will call for the next one , it made getting around much easier than we expected . We came by Ferry from Brunei to Victoria , Labuan , the biggest problem here is finding the information as to Ferry schedules as they only publish them for a two week period , you can book online from Labuan to Serasa port Brunei but not when leaving Brunei so we just turned hoping there would be a ferry (there was) . It would be good if the Labuan Tourist authorities improved this lack of information as it must prevent some potential guests from travelling . Great staff throughout and a particular thanks to the lovely young lady receptionist who was so helpful .

The staff were very helpful, received excellent service in the bar and restaurant, offered multiple transfers to and from the town including airport transfers. Requested a late check out and they were able to facilitate and always were willing to help. The food was good value and tasty. Room was excellent size and the bed was very comfy, has an old feel but that adds to the charm.

Got upgraded to 3 rooms villa for free cause the ac was broken. Love it when we entered the lights, fan & ac were on, like its welcoming you from the hot weather outside. My mom loved it so much that she wanted to choose here again when we come to labuan next time. Anyway lurve!!

The gardens were absolutely beautiful
